Happy Sunday! Everyone enjoying their weekend?
Here’s another recipe from Jen’s party, courtesy of Ashley!
Citrus Infused Strawberries
Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier or other orange liquor
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Combine strawberries, sugar, Grand Marnier, and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
- Let stand, stirring once or twice, until the strawberries release their juice, about 10 minutes.
These were delicious, and we enjoyed them with some Cool Whip! See it in the picture peeking out from behind the bowl? Yum. 🙂
