  1. I’ve never heard the “shopping around the perimeter” tip before- but you’re totally right! I usually try to shop so that most of what I’m bringing home is fresh and has to be refridgerated- fruits, veggies, yogurts. I try to avoid things that can sit on the shelf for a long period of time (ie the middle of the store!)
