Weekly Workouts!

Hey guys, hope everyone’s getting through their Monday!

Just wanted to recap last week’s workouts and share this week’s workout plan, if any of you find inspiration in me doing so.  🙂

Last Week’s Workouts
Monday:  50 Minute Cycle + Core Workout
Tuesday:  Two A Day, Liz’s Kickboxing then taught Circuit Training.  I didn’t do as much of the class, since it was partner themed and 1) I didn’t have a partner and 2) I was walking around checking form and instructing more than doing.  I’m planning on posting the partner class soon!
Wednesday:  No official workout, but walked all over Boston!  I felt it in my legs the next day.
Thursday:  Taught Circuit Training
Friday:  Taught Spin
Saturday:  Sweaty in Twenty Workout

This Week’s Workout Plan
Sunday:  Off
Monday:  20 Minutes HIIT Cardio + 20 minute Core Strength class
Tuesday:  Two A Day  (hoping this weather clears because I had high hopes for an outdoor class!)
Wednesday:  Off or TBD
Thursday:  Circuit Training
Friday:  Off or TBD
Saturday:  Subbing for Kickboxing at 10am at Oak Square — hope some of you will come?!

    Sun- ran 5 miles
    Mon- ran 3 miles
    Tues- Two A Day
    Wed- ran 4 miles
    Thurs- circuit training, ran 3 miles, night scuba dive
    Fri- TRX
    Sat- ran 8 miles

    This Week:
    Sun- off
    Mon- ran 4 miles
    Tues- Two A Day
    Wed- run 4 miles
    Thurs- Circuit training, run 3 miles
    Fri- TRX
    Sat- run 9 miles

    Oh boy now I am tired looking at it!! haha!


  2. Last week:

    Sunday 2 mile run quick TRX workout at home and my #PlankaDay

    Monday 5 mile run and some walking

    Tuesday 6am Spin, Weight training, #plankaday, 2 mile run with a client and 5:30pm Spin

    Wednesday recovery day. Walked to Harvard Square and back. #plankaday

    Thursday 6am Spin, stretch & #plankaday

    Friday 7:15am Spin, TRX workout, 10 minute ride on the Elliptigo

    Saturday ran 3.5 miles outside. Walked another mile (stopped at the farmer’s makred) and ran the last mile, stretched & finished off with my #plankaday

    This Week’s Plan:

    Sunday rest day

    Monday 7:15am Spin, weights, #plankaday, Cardiokix with Liz

    Tuesday 6:00am Spin, stretch, #plankaday and 5:30pm Spin

    Wednesday running (mileage TBD), weights, #plankaday and Cardikix @ CBC

    Thursday 6am Spin, stretching, #plankaday

    Friday 7:15am Spin, weights, #plankaday

    Saturday rest day

    Either another rest day or try to get another run in. My next race is the 6th and I’ve been doing way more spinning than running. :/

    Sunday: quick at home workout
    Monday: off
    Tuesday: two a day
    Wednesday: off
    Thursday: circuit training
    Friday: trx
    Saturday: golden workout!

    This week:
    Sunday: one of your old superset workouts
    Monday: off
    Tuesday: two a day
    Wednesday: off
    Thursday: circuit training
    Friday: trx
    Saturday: maybe come to kix?

    I’m proud of myself because I was away in Hartford this weekend and managed to workout both sat and sun at the hotel gym!
