Below is a collection of my favorite strength workouts. Strength training is my favorite type of exercise, and I love all types of strength training formats. I included a variety of formats below, including circuits, intervals, countdowns, drop sets, supersets, mini circuits, stations, and more. Some of the workouts listed below are workouts I’ve done on my own, and some are workouts I’ve taught in past group exercise classes, but they are all favorites I’ve collected over the years. Please modify each of my workouts to your own fitness levels, listen to your bodies, and of course ask any questions if need be!
