Below is a collection of my favorite cardio workouts, from the treadmill to elliptical to spin bike and more.  I’ve separated my workouts into categories, but please know that each one can be adapted to your favorite type of cardio or machine of choice.  As someone who finds doing “steady” cardio rather mundane, you’ll notice that I prefer switching things up with training methods such as intervals, sprints, circuits, and Tabata.  Please modify each of my workouts to your own fitness levels, listen to your bodies, and of course ask any questions if need be!

  2. These are great! I’m an injured runner (aren’t we all?) – torn toe ligament, so no running for me for a few weeks. I was looking for some bike and elliptical workouts that aren’t boring. Thank you!!
