All of my Deck of Cards workouts, in one place!
This workout idea was inspired by the 2013 season of The Biggest Loser when Bob Harper had his team bust through a Deck of Cards workout while trapped in a room full of unhealthy foods. The basic premise of the workout is that each suit of cards represents a different exercise of choice. For number cards, you do that many reps of the exercise. Face cards all equal 10 reps, and aces equal 11. You just flip through the cards and get sweaty! This is a great option for when you don’t have equipment, or need a workout to bring on the road.
Here are some examples you can use to get started:

I did one last Friday- Hearts= burpees (duh!), Clover= Leg Lifts, Diamond= Jump Squats, Spade= plank w/elbow to knee. I was in the mood to focus on core and cardio and this did just that!

that sounds fun- how long does it take to do this? I’d love to try it in one of my bootcamp classes.

Depends on the exercises selected (whether you need to do them on both sides of the body to be even) and the speed to complete! Usually takes me 30-40 minutes. Your bootcamp class will LOVE! Also if it takes less time, just have two different ones ready to go. 🙂
